01Your account
You sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple. We never see or store a password for you, and your account is only as secure as the identity provider account you sign in with — turn on two-factor authentication there.
You must be at least 16 years old, and you are responsible for everything your agents send through your account and your API keys.
02Using the service
AlertMCP lets software agents send notifications to your devices and wait for your replies. You agree not to use it to:
- send alerts to people who have not agreed to receive them,
- send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful where you or the recipient live,
- probe, overload, or work around the rate limits and security of the relay,
- resell the hosted relay without a written agreement with us.
We may rate-limit or suspend keys that put the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
03Agents and approvals
Agents decide on their own when to notify you. An “Approve” or “Deny” you tap is passed back to the agent as-is — we do not check what the agent does with it. Review what you approve.
Notifications can be delayed or dropped by operating systems, push providers (FCM, APNs) or networks. Do not rely on AlertMCP as the only channel for safety-critical alerts.
04Plans and billing
The Cloud plan is free up to its monthly limits. Paid plans are billed in advance each month per seat and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
05Your content
You own what you send. Alert content is encrypted at rest and handled only to deliver it, as described in the Privacy Policy. You give us only the rights needed to store it, deliver it to your devices and the members of the workspace it was sent to, and pass replies back to your agents.
06Closing your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
07Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
08Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will email you and show a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
